1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account, browsing the distribution catalog, downloading applications, accessing the publisher console, or participating in the digital rewards program on Mega AppStore ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a developer profile or execute digital fiat withdrawals. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you hold full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. User Accounts, Authentication & Hardware MFA

To utilize authenticated services, you must register an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and all activities occurring beneath your account.

You agree to notify our security dispatch team immediately at [email protected] upon detecting any unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use & Absolute Malware Prohibition

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You explicitly agree not to:

• Distribute, upload, or transmit any APK, AAB, DMG, EXE, or binary containing viruses, rootkits, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or malicious payloads detected by ClamAV or static heuristic analysis.
• Engage in unauthorized exfiltration of user telemetry, keystroke logging, or background cryptocurrency mining without explicit, unbundled user consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's cryptographic signing verification algorithms, sha256 checksum generators, or rate limiters.
• Operate automated bots, scrapers, or sybil referral rings designed to artificially inflate application download metrics or referral rewards.

4. Digital Rewards Wallet, Mega Points & Fiat Cashout

Mega AppStore provides a proprietary digital rewards ledger ("Mega Wallet") through which users and affiliate partners earn Mega Points ("Points") by testing verified software and inviting genuine new users.

5. Binary Integrity & Cryptographic Verification

Every binary published on Mega AppStore undergoes automated scanning, including manifest extraction, versionCode monotonicity verification, X.509 signing certificate continuity, ClamAV heuristic evaluation, and OSV vulnerability database correlation.

While Mega AppStore employs state-of-the-art sandboxed verification before making software available, you acknowledge that software is delivered "as provided" by third-party publishers. We display public SHA-256 digests on each download modal so you can independently verify artifact integrity prior to installation.

6. Intellectual Property, Copyright & DMCA Takedown

Publishers retain ownership of intellectual property in their uploaded applications. By publishing on Mega AppStore, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, parse, cache, and distribute the binary to end users.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a formal notice to our designated agent at [email protected] containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. The specific package name (e.g., com.example.app) or URL on Mega AppStore.
3. Your full legal name, company, email, and physical address.
4. A statement of good faith belief and a statement under penalty of perjury of your authority to act.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE PLATFORM, CATALOG, DIGITAL WALLET, AND ALL SOFTWARE ARTIFACTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEGA APPSTORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEGA APPSTORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR DOWNLOADED APPLICATIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mega AppStore and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your uploaded application artifacts, or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration conducted in the English language.

11. Account Erasure & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. In accordance with GDPR and CPRA regulations, you may request permanent erasure of your personal records and security factors under Identity & Security.
